1:oil pulling: it is the process of swishing oil(usually coconut oil) in the mouth for 15-20 seconds. It is meant to improve oral hygiene and improve toxins from the body.
You should practice this daily to reduce plaque and maybe also brighten the teeth.



2:Baking soda: baking soda contains natural whitening properties which is why it is a very popular ingredient in toothpaste. It is abrasive which can help scrub stains from the teeth.it also creates an alkaline environment in your mouth which helps prevent bacteria from growing in the mouth. Just brush the teeth with it once or twice daily. 


3:Baking soda with salt: you can also maximize your result by adding salt to the baking soda. And brush up to 2 minutes.

4:Lemon juice and baking soda: lemon is high in citric acid which acts as a natural stain remover. Baking soda stays on your teeth for long periods which helps in removing moderate stains on the teeth. Mix and brush the teeth with the paste.

5: Lemon juice with water: lemon juice with water is effective in helping teeth grow stronger as well. It also acts as a disinfectant.


6:Tumeric: Tumeric can also turn the teeth white. just take a teaspoon of turmeric and add a bit of water to it to make a paste and use it to brush your teeth for up to 2 minutes.


7:Apple cider vinegar: very small amount to whiten teeth. wash the mouth by mixing 2 teaspoons of Apple Cider vinegar with 6 ounces of water. swish in the mouth for 30 seconds then rinse the mouth with water and brush your teeth.


8:Lemon, orange, or banana peels: Limonene and citric acid which is found in some citrus fruits peels can whiten the teeth. Gently rub the fruit peel on your teeth for about two minutes, rinse and brush your teeth afterward. Warning: This fruit's peels are acidic, if you notice your teeth becoming sensitive please stop doing this.
